Dr. Zachary Farhood – Seattle Facial Plastic Surgeon

Dr. Zachary Farhood is a double board-certified Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon whose practice is dedicated exclusively to aesthetic procedures of the face and neck. His areas of expertise include Deep Plane Facelift, Deep Neck Lift, Blepharoplasty (Eyelid Lift), Brow Lift, Lip Lift, and Rhinoplasty.

Dr. Farhood takes a highly individualized approach to facial plastic surgery, with an emphasis on creating natural-looking results that enhance facial balance and harmony. Rather than changing what makes a patient unique, his goal is to refine and rejuvenate the face while preserving each individual’s distinctive features, character, and authentic appearance.

Dr. Zachary Farhood graduated with high honors from the University of Texas at Austin, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology. He went on to receive his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, located within the world-renowned Texas Medical Center. During his final year of medical school, he was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha, the prestigious national medical honor society.

Following medical school, Dr. Farhood completed a clinical research fellowship in the Department of Otolaryngology at the Medical University of South Carolina. During his fellowship, he participated in numerous clinical trials, contributed extensively to the scientific literature, and presented his research at national medical meetings. His academic work includes more than 50 peer-reviewed publications, presentations, and book chapters.

Dr. Farhood then completed a rigorous five-year residency in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at Saint Louis University. Throughout his residency, he received multiple honors recognizing his academic accomplishments, commitment to teaching, and dedication to providing compassionate patient care.
