Rhinoplasty Surgery in Downtown Seattle Washington

Rhinoplasty surgery (also known as nose surgery or a nose job) is used to create facial balance by making structural changes to the nose for either cosmetic or functional reasons to improve one’s ability to breathe. The Seattle Rhinoplasty Center’s genuine concern for their patients, combined with attention to detail, enables them to provide some of the best rhinoplasty results in Seattle. Our facial plastic surgeons will ensure that your nose not only looks good but also functions properly.

Benefits of Rhinoplasty

There are numerous reasons why patients seek rhinoplasty to improve the appearance of their nose. Many nose surgery patients want to change the size of their nose, while others want to fix the tip of their nose. Regardless of the specific changes, the main goal is to achieve a natural-looking result that complements the rest of your facial features. Our doctors will collaborate with you to ensure you get the best rhinoplasty results possible. Here are a few examples of how rhinoplasty can improve your features:

  • Improve a bulbous nasal tip
  • Adjust the size of the nose
  • Remove bumps from the bridge of the nose.
  • Reduce the width of the nostrils.
  • Fine-tune the nose angle.
  • Make your face look balanced and symmetrical.
  • Give one a rediscovered sense of confidence in their appearance.

Our facial plastic surgeons have received additional training in rhinoplasty and is up to date on the most advanced techniques and new technology.

Nose Job Recovery

You may experience some bruising and swelling following your Seattle Nose Surgery. This is normal and will fade with time. If the upper part of the nose is narrowed, you may notice some mild bruising under the eyes, which should go away in a week or so. Following surgery, we recommend taking surgical strength Arnika and Bromelain to aid in the healing process. The majority of the swelling will go away within a few weeks of your rhinoplasty.

Having said that, swelling will continue to subside for up to a year before reaching its final size and appearance. Any sutures placed inside the nose will dissolve, and any nasal cast used will be removed one week after your rhinoplasty surgery.
